No, we require a deposit payment to confirm your booking and then we send out an invoice for the remaining balance. This invoice is usually on a 14, 30 or 60 day term depending on how far in advance you have booked your course. Our courses cost between £20-£3010 (+VAT). This depends on the course type, duration, and your requirements (e.g. do you want us to come to your premises?).

The certification process generally takes up to 4-6 weeks.

Please note that certificates are only sent to the person who booked the course after we have received full payment. If someone booked the course on your behalf, we recommend that you check with your booker to establish if they have and that the course fees and any other fees have been paid in full.

If you have lost your certificate then a small charge will apply, the amount will depend on the awarding body

You will be assigned a tutor or centre contact who will make regular contact with you and offer assistance if needed via email or telephone. We also create whats app groups for all our courses for communication with peers and your course tutor.
